Prospect Airport Services is looking for a people-centric leader to assist and oversee the Ticket Counter portion of the Passenger Service operation at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). This solutions-focu sed leader will assist the General Manager in assuring the shift runs smoothly.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Provide basic technical support to employees and supervisors for company technology and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and coordinate repairs for company-issued iPads and other mobile devices.
• Assist with setup, configuration, updates, and replacement of iPads and other electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with computers, printers, scanners, phones, and other office equipment.
• Coordinate with outside IT vendors or service providers when issues require additional technical support.
• Assist employees with basic software, login, connectivity, and equipment-related issues.
• Maintain records of company technology equipment, including assignments, repairs, replacements, and inventory.
• Help ensure iPads and other devices are properly maintained, updated, and available for operational use.
• Assist with onboarding and setting up technology for new employees when needed.
• Provide basic training and guidance to employees on the proper use of company technology and equipment.
• Identify recurring technology issues and communicate them to management or appropriate IT support.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies regarding company systems, equipment, and information.
• Perform other technology-related duties as assigned by management.
