You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, and assist with resident room turnovers to create a welcoming environment.
The role requires experience with building systems and tools, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a strong commitment to safety and service.
