What this job involves:
As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of commercial properties, creating exceptional workplace experiences that enhance productivity and wellbeing for building occupants and tenants. You'll serve as the central point of coordination for facilities management activities, managing everything from routine maintenance and vendor relationships to emergency response and tenant services across diverse property portfolios.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, or related field with minimum 2 years of commercial facilities or property management experience
- Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment with basic troubleshooting capabilities
