Maintain and repair the facilities, equipment, vehicles, and grounds under direction of the Director of Facilities;
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to service calls;
Operate CMMS work order system and timesheet software to track tasks;
Assist with on-call rotations and weekend coverage;
Coordinate with external contractors and monitor projects as assigned by Facilities Director
