Pay: $23/hr

• Dumping and loading railcars and trucks
• Operating a grain dryer
• Assisting with grain handling
• Performing general housekeeping duties
• Performing general maintenance as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Committed to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and understand and follow all safety procedures
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance
• Be able to climb stairs and ladders, work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to work independently while remaining flexible enough to work effectively in a team environment
• Maintain a professional image at all times and exhibit a positive, respectful attitude
