The technician will oversee daily maintenance operations, perform repairs, and maintain the property under the guidance of the property management team. Qualifications include experience with HVAC, plumbing, and use of hand and power tools. Benefits include a 401k with company match, with scheduled work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM to noon, plus occasional on-call duties.
