Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Job Location: Pioneer Peaceful Haven – Dickinson, ND 58601

Salary Range: $11.94 – $19.92 hourly

As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to maintain a consistently clean facility, including grounds, interior and exterior spaces, and optional landscaping duties. Minor maintenance experience such as painting and drywall repair is a plus.

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, club rooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans daily and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist the maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
