Maintenance Associate
Location:
190 26th St E, Dickinson ND Pay range: $24-$26 per hour Timing: 5 days on / 2 days off
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
Responsibilities
* Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
* Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Education requirement:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
We are open to hiring candidates with no oilfield experience, as long as they have some hands-on experience.
Lifting requirements (please see attachment) Must be able to safely demonstrate the ability to:
- Lift at least 70 lbs from floor to knuckles level on an occasional basis,
- Lift at least 70 lbs from floor to waist level on an occasional basis,
- Lift at least 38 lbs from floor to shoulder level on an occasional basis, and
