We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to performing maintenance activities, ensuring on-time delivery of equipment, and supporting initiatives to improve maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability.
Responsibilities- Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance-related data.
- Comply with respective division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hands-on experience (oilfield experience not required)
- Ability to lift at least 70 lbs from floor to knuckles level on an occasional basis
- Ability to lift at least 70 lbs from floor to waist level on an occasional basis
- Ability to lift at least 38 lbs from floor to shoulder level on an occasional basis
- Ability to carry at least 70 lbs for a minimum distance of 20 feet on an occasional basis
