Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
To perform all tasks and duties for the general

maintenance of a commercial/residential facility.

REPORTS TO :
Maintenance Supervisor

SUPERVISES : N/A

I. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs janitorial tasks, which include the sanitation of all public and private areas.
• Ensures proper disposal of debris.
• Ensures that all garbage duties are executed as needed.
• All other functions are assigned.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, panting, tiling and woodworking helpful but not required.
• NYS Driver's License

• Must be able to work effectively and efficiently within a highly volatile and demanding work environment.

V. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Employee will be responsible to perform all tasks and duties for the general cleanliness and repair of residential units, public areas and commercial use space.

High School or better.
