What’s the job

Asst. Outlet Manager
, you are responsible for managing flavours in the outlet. The priorities are to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Promote the desired work culture by living the five winning ways value:

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the timely setup of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to meal settings and opening hours
  • Preparing schedules for all employees according to the forecast and staffing guidelines to ensure adequate manpower at all times
  • Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOPs
  • Evaluating the performance of the assigned team and initiating internal development and promotions
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with outlet patrons
  • Establishing and updating the outlet’s database of regular guests
  • Touring the outlet and related areas frequently to ensure high cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Being actively involved in the outlet's promotional activities
