The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.

• Ensure all Housekeeping Pantries are adequately stocked with linen/Supplies on a daily basis and cleaned on a daily basis.
• Ensure all garbage is segregated as per the Green policy of the Lodge and are removed from Housekeeping pantries and stored on a daily basis.
• Ensure all Guest requests as well as room requests (including Extra Bed/ Extra linen) are delivered on time. All guest requests to be met as per Standard training Manuel of the Hotel.
• Ensure all walkways are cleaned on a daily basis including the guest corridors.
• Ensure soiled linen from all Pantries are removed and sent to Laundry.
• Support Housekeeping team in completing their tasks, including helping them to complete high level dusting, Cleaning of outdoor windows of the guest rooms.
• Maintain the Housekeeping stores on a daily basis by stocking the supplies, cleaning the stores and ensure inventories of the supplies are maintained.
• To update Housekeeping management on stock of supplies so that reorders for items can be initiated by the Housekeeping Management.
• Ensure the Housekeeping Storage areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
• Assist to reduce wastage of supplies and amenities by proper handling, usage and storage.
• Be well informed of basic Hotel information in order to assist any guest when enquired.
• Be able to operate the cleaning machinery in a most efficient manner for quality finish as per Four Seasons standards.
• Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
• Report any items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping.
• Dress in the issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.

• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must have full flexibility in schedule.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and daytime.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
