In your position as Assistant Manager you will be part of our Reservations team and you will assist the Director of Revenue in managing the daily functions of the department. You will be working closely with Sales and Marketing and the other departments in Rooms Division to maximize room yield through inventory control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt Brand Standards.
Qualifications- Relevant educational degree
- Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
- International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
- Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
- Ability to work under pressure
