Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Al Seef – our poolside restaurant & bar. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards, and delivering a relaxed yet exceptional guest experience. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, especially during peak periods, while continuously driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Education

& Experience

High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1–2 years in a similar role.

Core Responsibilities
  • Managing Operations
    • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the poolside restaurant & bar.
    • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
    • Support operations on the floor during busy periods.
    • Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest needs.
  • Leading the Team
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a young and dynamic team.
    • Act as a role model, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to improve team performance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Guest Experience
    • Deliver a friendly, engaging, and memorable guest experience.
    • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
    • Continuously look for ways to enhance service and guest satisfaction.
    • Be present on the floor and actively interact with guests.
  • People & Performance
    • Set clear expectations and monitor team performance.
    • Support training and development initiatives.
    • Promote a culture of recognition, respect, and teamwork.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist in cost control, inventory, and basic financial management.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and beverage regulations.
    • Support overall outlet performance and continuous improvement.
