Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a High School Diploma or Hospitality Management Certificate; flawless English communication is required, and Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
• Strict requirement to hold a valid Qatar  (QID) along with a ready‑to‑transfer No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer.
• Candidates must demonstrate highly verifiable, hands‑on proficiency with the Opera Property Management System (PMS) and heavy cash‑handling experience.

• Execute high‑speed guest check‑ins and check‑outs during peak arrival hours, ensuring flawless verification of Qatari IDs and passport documentation for local security compliance.
• Manage complex billing profiles, accurately posting room charges, restaurant tabs, and taking exact cash or credit card deposits to prevent financial discrepancies at shift closure.
• Aggressively upsell premium room categories and hotel F&B outlets to arriving guests, meeting strict monthly revenue targets while resolving high‑pressure guest complaints.

• Competitive monthly base salary (3,000 - 4,500 QAR) protected by Qatar Ministry of Labour regulations, heavily supplemented by a share of the hotel's monthly service charge.
