The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Doha is seeking an energetic Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Al Seef, our poolside restaurant & bar. This pivotal role ensures smooth operations, maintains high service and sanitation standards, and delivers a relaxed yet exceptional guest experience.
The Outlet Manager will lead a talented team, especially during peak times, driving guest satisfaction and operational performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of Food & Beverage experience, including 1–2 years in a similar role, as well as a high school diploma.
