Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of Qatar Airways' airport lounges to ensure seamless, high‑quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with service suppliers, airport authorities, and internal departments to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure that customer service and product standards consistently meet or exceed Qatar Airways' five‑star expectations.
- Implement service enhancements and infrastructure improvements in line with brand and budgetary standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify new projects and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop, update, and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Manage, coach, and develop a multicultural team, fostering teamwork, accountability, and service professionalism.
- Oversee crisis and emergency management protocols, ensuring preparedness and safety compliance.
- Establish KPIs to monitor performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction within the lounges.
- Liaise with commercial and food & beverage teams to optimize lounge revenue and guest experience.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma with 6‑7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, airline lounges, or five‑star establishments.
- Proven leadership experience managing front office, lounge, or hospitality operations.
- Strong people management, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Food and beverage knowledge and GCC experience are preferred.
