Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high levels of customer service. This position requires a candidate with previous hotel management experience and excellent communication skills.

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Recruit, train and supervise hotel staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through reviews and feedback and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.

• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management and customer service techniques.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid biometric passport.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1,000 per month along with accommodation provided by the company.
