Sociology Course Instructor
Provide in-person/FLEX or online instruction for Sociology courses. FLEX instruction allows students to choose on a daily basis whether to attend in-person or virtually through the D2L Brightspace virtual classroom.
Minimum Qualifications:
- M. S. in Sociology or M.A. in Anthropology or Master's Degree and 18 graduate credit hours in Sociology.
- Minimum of 2 years college teaching experience within the discipline.
- Previous experience with D2L Brightspace or other Learning Management systems preferred.
- Previous online instruction required where appropriate.
- Commitment to teaching a student body diverse in ability, age, ethnicity, race, and sexual orientation.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

STATUS/SALARY:
This is a regular adjunct faculty position with salary to be determined by the adjunct faculty union contract. BEGINNING DATE:
