Why We Care NFP is seeking a Workforce and Education Pathways Coordinator to support the Southland Economic Empowerment Initiative in Dolton, IL. You will coordinate enrollment, provide career-readiness assistance, and connect participants to training and employment opportunities under the R3 Grant.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will monitor progress, maintain records, and collaborate with employers and training providers to advance participants' career pathways.
