Summary
The Facility Foreman performs hands-on operations at the shredder while supervising a small team to support daily operations. This role includes shredder operations, drum pumping, tank farm activities, and warehouse functions such as handling drums, offloading trailers, and completing paperwork for waste tracking and material movement.
This is an entry-level position that provides opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate is reliable, dependable, and comfortable performing physically intensive work in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities- Perform hands-on shredder operations
- Supervise a small team during shredder operations
- Conduct drum pumping and assist with tank farm operations
- Perform warehouse duties, including handling drums and offloading trailers
- Complete paperwork related to waste tracking and movement of materials
- Support safe and efficient daily facility operations
- Reliable and dependable individual
- Willing and able to perform physically intensive work
- Comfortable working hands-on in an industrial environment
- Ability to supervise a small team while also performing operational tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Overtime: Some overtime and Saturday work required
