* To note:
While this position will sit remotely, this is a full-time role requiring approximately 80% travel. Most travel will be by air to warehouse locations nationwide to provide onsite support.

• Follow all company safety and OSHA guidelines
• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic systems
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Lead preventative maintenance (PM) programs and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen)
• Partner with Engineering on equipment installations and upgrades
• Train and mentor Operators and Maintenance Technicians
• Document maintenance work and recommend equipment/process improvements
• Support production goals by improving equipment reliability, quality, and efficiency

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in two or more maintenance trades (mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulics, robotics, pneumatics)

• Experience leading or training others
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (standing, bending, lifting)
• Must be 18+ and able to read, write, and speak English

The salary range for this position is $67, per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
