Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer
Responsibilities
The Facilities/Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the routine upkeep, maintenance and repairs to physical plant, building, and equipment. Must have experience in the following areas:
Painting - professional industrial/business;
Sheetrock/drywall repair;
Basic, general experience in electrical, plumbing, and maintenance repair.
High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in the following areas: carpentry, painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanics, security.
One year experience in building maintenance and repair required
One year experience in security preferred

FacilityLaurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center is a 118-bed Acute Psychiatric Hospital and Residential Treatment Center for children and adolescents. The 55,000 square foot facility is located in Alabama. The hospital employs approximately 195 staff members.
