Solomon Heights is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week role in Queensbury, NY. This position supports senior apartment living by performing routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, and by addressing repairs in common areas.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of residential maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. OSHA/HVAC certs are a plus, and an on-call schedule may apply.
