Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market‑ready status.

Repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment and systems in both the packaging and refinery departments. Utilizes skill set to maintain optimal operating condition of equipment.
