Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas inside a building or at multiple client sites. The role requires flexibility to perform duties as requested by clients and to follow established housekeeping procedures.
Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas; handling trash and supplies; and occasionally operating heavy cleaning equipment. On-the-job training is provided for suitable candidates.
