Troubleshoots and performs basic repairs on mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems and hospital-specific equipment;
Responds promptly to work requests or trouble calls and ensures tasks are completed;
Conducts routine inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify hazards and ensure compliance;
Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, materials used, and hours worked;
Provides weekend and emergency staff relief and coordinates with hospital staff to minimize disruptions
