Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Technician 3 (MT3) to ensure high equipment availability in a fast-paced supply chain facility. You will apply preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized handling equipment, conveyors, robotics, and AS/RS systems, and you’ll troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, PLCs, and control devices.
You will mentor technicians, plan emergency repairs, and collaborate with building leaders to optimize equipment.
