Confidential Industrial Manufacturing FacilityA growing industrial organization is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for helping lead maintenance personnel, improving equipment reliability, and supporting safe, efficient production.

• Assist with daily maintenance operations and workforce coordination.
• Lead and support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Partner with operations teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and support budget and cost-control initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS software and maintenance planning practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety regulations and standards.

• Industrial production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Ability to lift materials and tools as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and on-call support.
