Assistant Manager / Training Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Training Manager. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays! Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Have a vehicle that will be driven to customer's homes, valid driver's license and car insurance (minimum liability)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual – English & Spanish

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and onboarding of new employees
• Training of new employees
• Quality control
• Employee performance review
• Employee retention and experience
• Scheduling
• Customer service
