Trash Technician

Job Overview

We have an opening for full‑time and part‑time Trash Technician positions at ESFM (Kraft‑Heinz), 1250 W North Street, Dover, DE 19904.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 9:00 pm‑5:30 am and Thursday, 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm (details upon interview).

Pay: $16.50–$17.00 per hour.

Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of experience working with balers and trash compactors.

• Identify, transport, and dispose of trash, chemicals, and bio‑hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Perform cleaning functions as assigned and operate cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognize safety hazards and act accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Physical ability to walk, stand, and push trash containers weighing 50–100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
