Responsible for day‑to‑day field service, including installations, preventive maintenance and service of CNC machining centers in the local market.
Essential duties include:
- Perform field service, installations or preventive maintenance as required.
- Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and training.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times.
- Take ownership of all service cases, projects and maintain customer records and technical documentation.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Ideally, candidates have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers, with developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of CNC operation.
