Job Duties
- Repair and maintain the HVAC system and equipment for the hospital
- Deliver general repair, painting, and maintenance of the hospital
- Maintain inventory of all supplies throughout the facility
- Deliver high-quality customer service to the patients, staff, and guests by identifying their needs and providing timely maintenance
- Track maintenance requests in worker order training system (Facility Dude)
- Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
- Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs, equipment, etc.
- Respond timely to alarms and codes in accordance with safety and security policies and procedures
- On call on a rotating schedule
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General maintenance and repair required (performing duties in a hospital setting is a plus)
- Sheet rock finishing and painting experience required
- Industry certifications are a plus
- Ability to work rotating on-call hours and holidays in a 24/7 hospital environment
- Strong organization and multitasking skills are required
