We are looking for a Senior Housekeeper / Floor Care Lead to join our permanent, on-campus facilities team. If you have deep experience in professional cleaning, specialized knowledge of hard floor maintenance (stripping and waxing), and the leadership skills to help guide a team, this is the perfect stable, long‑term role for you.

With a consistent daytime schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

• Detailed Housekeeping: Perform and oversee high‑standard cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing of campus buildings.
• Floor Care Specialty: Lead and execute floor maintenance projects, specifically the professional stripping, sealing, and waxing of VCT/hard floors.
• Team Leadership: Assist in organizing daily tasks, training staff on cleaning standards, and ensuring the housekeeping team hits their daily goals.
• Inventory & Quality Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies, monitor equipment, and maintain a sharp eye for areas that need extra attention.

• Proven Experience: Extensive background in commercial, institutional, or high‑end residential housekeeping.
• Floor Care Expertise: Must have hands‑on, practical knowledge of operating floor buffers, stripping old wax, and applying fresh wax coats.
