DTN Management is seeking a Renovations Maintenance Technician to support apartment renovations and daily maintenance at our communities. You will perform general maintenance, complete resident work orders, and help prepare homes for new move-ins, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include following renovation scopes, basic carpentry, equipment use, and coordinating with the Community Manager and Service Manager.
