LCB Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Performs routine maintenance and repair of residence, maintaining physical appearance of the grounds and building;
Works with outside contractors as needed;
Responsible for cleaning residents rooms and residence common areas including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping, disinfecting;
Discards waste into proper containers, replaces light bulbs and assists with any general housekeeping/laundry duties as necessary;
Replaces burned out light bulbs for exit lights, overhead lights, room call lights, exterior lights, etc.
