Position Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, work orders, and third-party services while managing the plant's CMMS and auditing maintenance effectiveness, as the Maintenance Planner
* Utilize CMMS to effectively plan, schedule, and manage work orders from inception to completion, ensuring documentation and tracking of all maintenance activities
* Coordinate with third-party service providers to handle service requests, establish purchase orders, and ensure timely closure of projects
* Assist in budget preparation for production maintenance, managing expenses to stay within financial requirements
* Monitor and track maintenance metrics and performance through detailed reports, spreadsheets, and visual presentations
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and current GMP standards while maintaining production areas
* Communicate preventive maintenance requirements and updates with plant management, facilitating a clear understanding of ongoing maintenance challenges
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
