Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our facility, including preventative building maintenance services, painting, plumbing, groundskeeping, and HVAC. You will also be responsible for adhering to professional standards, following facility policies and procedures, and abiding by federal, state, and local requirements and standards. If you have experience in a long-term care nursing facility, this is an ideal career opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of preventative building maintenance services, painting, plumbing, groundskeeping, HVAC
• Knowledge of Life Safety requirements
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards
• Experience in a long-term care nursing facility is ideal
