Building Utility Person
Location:
Cold Spring Elementary School (Location subject to change)
Available:
August 11, 2026 (exact start date TBD)
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Hours:
10:00 a.m.
- 6:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform custodial work such as collecting trash, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
- Perform building maintenance such as light carpentry, painting, electrical, ventilation and equipment repairs.
- Perform ground maintenance including mowing grass, weeding, trimming, raking and preparing/lining athletic fields.
- Building security and related tasks.
- Ability to cover for the building in the absence of the Head Custodian.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A working knowledge and understanding of commercial building maintenance and custodial duties as listed above.
- Ability to work well with others and function as a team player.
