• Install and remove lightweight roadside signs directing traffic to model homes for open houses.
• Work independently along assigned routes with limited supervision.
• Provide route updates to management as needed.

• Piecewise Pay

  Earn $1 per sign installed and removed.
• Earnings Potential
  :
  Install and remove 100 signs in a weekend, and you’ll make $100—equating to $20-$25 per hour based on time and efficiency.
• Mileage reimbursement based on route length.
• Bi-weekly pay schedule.

• Valid Utah driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (must fit up to 200 lightweight signs).
• Be 18 years old or older
• A commitment to punctuality and safety.
• No experience required; training is provided!

• Estimated 2-10 hours per week, with flexible hours within these windows:
• Fridays 5:00 PM - Saturdays 9:00 AM
• Saturdays 6:00 PM - Sundays 10:00 PM
