Pool Maintenance Tech

Odyssey Pools is seeking a skilled and motivated Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position requires strong technical knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance procedures. • Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, and water testing
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of pool chemistry and properly balance water to industry standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, etc.)
• Use company pool maintenance software to log services, track chemical readings, and document work completed
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients
• Maintain and respect company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices

• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and water balancing
• Management skills regarding material stocking, route management and productivity
• Experience with pool equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Comfortable using mobile software and technology
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable
• Professional appearance and respectful attitude toward clients and company property
• Valid driver’s license (required)
