Cleans/polishes furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in residents’ rooms, and the community’s living/recreational areas;
Cleans, washes, sanitizes and/or polishes bathroom fixtures and ensures that all water marks are removed from fixtures;
Cleans floors, to include: sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting etc.;
Cleans carpets, to include: vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting;
Disposes of waste/trash into proper containers and re-lines trash receptacles with plastic liners
