Key Focus Areas- Drive sales strategy across luxury and off-plan developments
- Lead and scale high-performing sales teams
- Strengthen broker networks and investor relationships
- Represent the brand at international events
- 10+ years in UAE real estate sales, 5+ in leadership role (mandatory)
- Strong Dubai luxury market experience with developer sales experience (mandatory)
- Demonstrated success working with developers and managing large broker ecosystems
