• Welcome and greet residents, their family members and visitors in a professional, courteous manner as they arrive to the driveway, ensuring residents receive the best experience
• Ensure residents have timely access to the driveway and direct other service providers or guests to security
• Provide passers-by and visitors with a positive first impression of the residences

• Show flexibility with day and night shifts to provide seamless service
• Understand the residence's policies, procedures and service standards; stay knowledgeable about facilities and happenings
• Details about daily tasks will be provided by the residence team
