Bartender - Luxury Yacht

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced Bartender to join our luxury yacht team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional mixology skills, in-depth knowledge of premium beverages, and the ability to deliver first-class service to VIP guests in a refined and elegant setting.

The bartender will play a key role in creating a memorable onboard experience, maintaining a sophisticated bar environment, and ensuring guests’ satisfaction at all times.

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, wines, champagnes, and other beverages according to luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure a consistently high level of service, presentation, and guest engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
• Manage stock levels, requisition supplies, and perform regular inventory checks.
• Suggest and design signature cocktails or themed drink menus to enhance guest experience.
• Work closely with the Chief Steward(ess) and service crew to coordinate beverage service during charters and events.
• Comply with all safety, hygiene, and maritime regulations while onboard.
• Ensure professional appearance, grooming, and behavior at all times, reflecting the yacht’s luxury image.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with all guest interactions and information.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender in luxury hospitality (5-star hotels, fine dining venues, or yachts).
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage pairing, and international bar trends.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Pleasant, confident, and service-oriented personality with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to guest preferences.
• Valid STCW and Seafarer Medical Certificate preferred.
• Must maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
