Operations Manager – Hotel
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor operational costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support department heads in achieving operational and business targets.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and public areas.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff in collaboration with HR.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP, Fire Safety, First Aid).
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management.
