Job Summary
:
As an Assistant Manager - Guest Relations Villas at Dubai Creek Resort, you will assist the Rooms Manager – Villas
. This role is essential in ensuring an outstanding guest experience, from arrival to departure. You will oversee daily villa operations, manage staff, and uphold Hyatt’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead Host/Hostess, Concierge, and bell services
  • Ensure seamless check–in/check–out processes and handle guest requests efficiently
  • Train and mentor your team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, front office, and other hotel and club departments to optimize guest experience
  • Monitor villa inventory, occupancy levels, and revenue management strategies
  • Handle billing, payments, and financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain compliance with Hyatt policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor/assistant manager front office or similar roles in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar systems)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
