Qualifications- 1–2 years in a similar role delivering sensational guest experiences.
- Welcoming, enthusiastic energy that sets the tone for a sensational guest experience.
- Elevated conversationalist, engaging guests with lively discussions.
- Desire to improve customer satisfaction and commitment to industry‑leading standards.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic and/or Russian with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and outstanding knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
- Proactive nature and meticulous eye for detail ensuring every aspect of operations is curated.
- Organisational and leadership skills, effectively inspiring the FIVE Tribe to new heights.
- Visionary thinking and ownership of all duties and tasks.
- Team‑oriented mindset fostering collaboration and cooperation.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Maintain expert knowledge of room types, facilities, dining venues, shop hours and events.
- Stay informed about FIVE’s leadership team and their roles.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, bomb threat and health and safety regulations.
- Complete required training sessions to stay at the cutting edge of the profession.
- Maintain a clean and glamorous work area, filing paperwork immediately.
- Cultivate first‑in‑class understanding of Dubai’s national history, shopping areas and places of interest.
- Address guests by name whenever appropriate, creating a sensational experience.
- Uphold professional confidentiality and safeguard FIVE’s trade secrets.
- Log and resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate appropriately.
- Check guests in with precision, ensuring the luxury service that FIVE is renowned for.
- Copy and file guest passports accurately and comply with country and company procedures.
- Track occupancy, average room rate, month‑to‑date and budget performance.
- Maintain awareness of concierge desk, business centre, guest relations and loyalty club policies to offer award‑winning experiences.
- Communicate shift information via the front office logbook and maintain a positive vibe at FIVE.
- Engage in upselling, walk‑ins and additional services to increase revenue.
- Enforce credit policy, upholding the gold standard at FIVE.
- Update Opera promptly with any changes, demonstrating commitment to staying ahead.
- Coordinate with reservations to ensure reception remains updated on arrivals.
- Execute all tasks efficiently and thoroughly, meeting award‑winning expectations.
- Manage tasks assigned by supervisors, embodying the dedication of a true FIVE Tribe member.
