• Organize and oversee bar operations, ensuring consistent, outstanding guest experiences.
• Train, motivate, and retain the mixology and bartending team.
• Manage food & beverage and labor costs while maintaining profitability.
• Take responsibility for P&L and staffing plans.
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met and adhere to company policies and brand guidelines.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
• High energy, positive, result‑driven and adaptable.
• Strong leader and motivator who can delegate and set clear expectations.
