• Support the smooth running of Room Service in the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest level of guest service experience.
• Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Take responsibility for duties and tasks assigned, ensuring that all work is carried out professionally and on time.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with immediate managers to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure adherence to legislation and best‑practice activities for internal and external audit.

• Experience in food & beverage service.

Competitive salary of AED 1,600 per month, plus an average service charge of AED 700. Accommodation is provided at Al Khail Gate.
